Dear Brethren,Greetings to you all from Zimbabwe. It is our hope and prayer that this report finds you in good health. The month of February was one of the months in which we experienced a dry spell of three weeks. As a result, most crops across the country were greatly affected. This means that this year very few people are going to have a good harvest.

Visit to Chitora Primary School

During the first week of February 2026, I visited Chitora Primary School twice. While there, I had the opportunity to preach during the school assembly. After the preaching, I was able to distribute exercise books and plastic covers (both plastic and khaki) to all 120 students.
I also distributed 10 satchel bags to some vulnerable children who had been carrying their books in plastic bags.We bought these items using our own money from the support which you gave us in December 2025. In the first picture you can see the items that were distributed to the children, while in the second picture you can see me seated on a school table as Mr. Tondori, the school head, distributed the items to the children. My wife and I love the children. Please pray that this gift will be a strong evangelism tool to the children and their parents as we share the love of Christ.

Door-to-Door Knocking

During the second week of February 2026, my wife Brenda and I visited Tokoyo village for door-to-door knocking. During this time, we remained committed to teaching Bible lessons and nurturing those who showed interest in the gospel. Please pray that the seeds we planted in Tokoyo village will bear more fruit as the Word of God continues to be shared.

Jail Ministry

During the third week of February 2026, brother William Mukuze and I continued with our outreach visit to Littlekraal Farm Prison in Nyazura. Our visit was marked by preaching and encouragement to both the inmates and the staff. We shared the Word of God and encouraged the inmates to remain steadfast, hopeful, and responsive to God’s grace. We also managed to distribute additional English Bible tracts with Bible verses.

Stolen Items Recovered

On the 15th of February 2026, the Hove family suffered a setback when they lost clothing, blankets, and their two only goats to burglars. We thank God that the culprit has since been arrested following a tip-off. He is being remanded in custody and is expected to appear in court soon. The Hove family is one of our church members. They were able to recover some of their blankets, as well as cash realized from items that had been sold.

A Touching Testimony from One of Our Former Prospects (Panashe Mangezi)

I grew up in a family that trusted in ancestral spirits and often consulted witchdoctors in times of adversity. I always wore pieces of cloth that were dedicated to the spirits. When I got married, I continued in this form of worship because my husband was also deeply involved in it. We taught our children to do the same. Despite all this, we were still bound by a great spirit of fear. One day, I heard Evangelist Mumba sharing with my family from Isaiah 55:1–2. He spoke about wasting money on what cannot satisfy. Knowing that much of our wealth had been lost through consulting witchdoctors, I committed my life to Christ. The following Sunday, I went to church, and that was the beginning of a new life. After the church service, I told the church that I wanted to be baptized, and I was baptized on that very Sunday. My salvation brought life to our family. Today, I thank God who has united me with the loving brethren in the Church of Christ.

Bible Studies

During the fourth week of February, we held rotational Bible studies in the homes of our church members. We met on two days, Wednesday and Friday. These studies are helping our believers become more effective disciples in spreading the gospel to lost souls.

Church Attendance, Preaching, and Giving

I preached on three Sundays during the month of February, while brother Zumbika preached on one Sunday. Brother Ndikudze taught the adult Bible class throughout the entire month, teaching from the book of 1 Corinthians. Our average church attendance for February was 25, and our weekly contribution averaged $13.

Prayer Requests

Please pray for my family and the mission work we are doing in the Mutungagore village community. Pray also for our nation, as many people are likely to face hunger due to the prolonged dry spell that greatly affected crops across the country. Thank you for your financial support and prayers, which continue to move us forward in our mission work.

May the Lord bless you all.

In Christ,
Nhamo and Brenda Mumba
