Dear Brethren,
Greetings to you all in Jesus name.
I want to extend my gratitude thanks to you all as you will be reading my mission report for November 2023. Your continued financial support as well as your prayers have helped us to continue spreading the gospel to our poor community and beyond.
As we are coming close to the end of 2023, I pause to give thanks to God. I encourage you to continue to pray for the communities we had served in spreading the gospel. People have found Jesus, families have found hope, and communities have experienced transformative power of God.
On the first week of November, 2023 we made a follow up of our church members as well as our prospects. The aim of this follow up was to encourage our members to remain faithful. We understand that many are going under a difficult time due to the drought situation as well as the bad economic situation in our nation. Pray that God will continue to comfort them under this difficult time.
On the 2nd week of November, 2023 I visited Mukamba clinic where I had an opportunity to share the gospel both to the staff and all the patients. I also managed to distribute more English tracts. I hope those tracts will help them as they will read them.
0n the 27th of November, 2023 we had our end of year Sunday fellowship at our congregation. We had three other sister congregations who came for the fellowship. The visiting preacher, brother William Mukuze, preached a powerful lesson from the book of Revelation 2:10. The attendance was over 120 people.
I continue appealing for your prayers Brethren. We are likely going to have a serious drought situation this season. As I write this, many people in our community have not yet tilled their land. There has been no rain in most parts of the country. Both animals and people are struggling to have water. People are travelling for a long distance in search of the precious minerals.
I preached three Sundays during the month of November, 2023. I also taught adults Bible class. Our average attendance for the month averaged 18 to 22. Our giving averaged 30 USD.
I want to say to you thank you very much for being part of God,s mission work in Zimbabwe. May your hearts be warmed by the Spirit of God who draws near in love.
Your brother in Christ.
