Grace mercy and peace to you from God the Father and our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.

We received a blessing the whole church and the community the year 2022. It was a double portion of the developments we received a legacy at Bazel. Thanks be to our God for life we enjoyed the beginning until the end of the year.

The first week my wife and Laura was among the school team of pupils to visit Great Zimbabwe to see the ruins. I did personal evangelism with my wife. The final week ended with an allnight prayer.

I went to school to pray for the 16 pupils and five teachers including my wife, Mrs. Katso, Mavhatu, Mr. Muradzikwa and the Headmaster Siziba on the 6th. They visited Great Zimbabwe which consists of stone building without cement for the kings to stay long time ago. I never been there before.

The school break the 8th, Laura passed her 6 subjects with good marks and was first in her class, when combined was the second. Lowell failed mathematics and hold number 18 out of 33. He need help in his school work we will try to find suitable ways for him to work hard.

Together with my wife we visited grandma Zhlakama aged 89 years old. She got a serious stroke. Since 1994, she stayed with her daughter who is taking care of her, the challenge she can't move even to the toilet. We gave her some vegetables and eggs. We have 12 hen at home.

My mom had a serious painful left leg which was not injured. The pain just started until she can't move. From the knee to the toes she could not feel anything even if you touch it. I bought her some tablets to relief pain, she's recovering but the pain is still there.

We visited sister Diniwe Chidzikwe who had a headache aged 39 years old. She was very happy to see us visiting her with much gratitude.

Together with my wife we visited Chiwedere, Mandianike, Chigiya families. Grandma Chigiya is old aged 82 years staying with her daughter in law and taking good care of her but her biological daughters are neglecting to take care to their mother. Her daughter in law had a good heart we learned a good lesson.

On the 27th l was invited to preach to a funeral of grandma Mushambi 5 km South of Bazel from 08-10pm. People responded positively to the message.

On the 28th l witness the burial of grandma Gowero aged 88.

On the 31st the church at Bazel gathered for an alnight prayer we were 25. We left the church and settled at our house since the rain was about to fall. Br and sister Manyanhaire were present and preached about rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. We spent the whole night singing and praying. Early in the morning we break bread and drinking wine for the Lord's supper.

Next year's plans goes this way, we want to use our resources to build a church, so far we have $150. Next season we want to plant tomatoes, onions, carrots and butternuts

I want to thank you for the love and the support you gave us. God be with you all.

Yours in Christ,

Simbarshe Gondo
